A common perception is that Coaching is an expensive option. There's no doubt that can be true - The Head of my coaching school charges Corporations £10,000 a day, believe it or not, so that perception is based to some extent on reality.
However, I live in a different and more real world and my charges are in line with what Joe or Jo Public would expect to pay for a comparable session in a similar discipline. The rate for an hour long session is approximate to the cost of a hairdo or a meal out. While those will make you feel good, their benefit is temporary.
